Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Thunder Bay, Ontario. If you are located outside Canada, additional legal requirements (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA) may apply, and we will comply as required.
